Well the past two and a half weeks have been crazy. Tristan was born on March 23 at 1014 am at 33 weeks. He weighed 4lbs 8oz and was 17 1/2 in. He had trouble getting going when he was first born and was on a ventilator. He weened off of that and down to oxygen via a canula in his nose quickly. After about 12 hours of that he decided he was going to wake up and breathe on his own. He was also jaundice and had to be under bili lights for about 5 days. He is doing really well now. He's still in the hospital in the NICU but is just what they call a feeder/grower now. He has to "mature" enough to remember to breathe when he eats and he will be able to come home. He is up to 5lbs 4oz as of today.
